Yu Yin (尹余, she/they) is a research-based artist from Shenzhen, currently based in Rotterdam. After several years working in editorial, curatorial and public-education roles in the art scene of Shenzhen, Southern China, she moved to the Netherlands to study Experimental Publishing (XPUB) at the Piet Zwart Institute. Developing multi-media practices of installation, publishing and moving image, she works with the overlooked objects and systems of everyday life to examine how time, body and labour are shaped under technology and infrastructure.
